- ‘A Day In The Life’ is part of Sgt Pepper at 50, a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the release of Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Written by Frank Cottrell Boyce and directed by Carl Hunter, the film was produced by Hurricane Films. The Sgt Pepper at 50 programme was commissioned and produced by the City of Liverpool.
